If so, how would you compare how they affected your strength endurance, was base building way better?
Also, does anybody know what the actual changes are to the muscles due to the strength endurance work?
has anybody here done both base building and Fighter Bangkok?

Do you mean at a cellular level ? or general ?Also, does anybody know what the actual changes are to the muscles due to the strength endurance work

I did BB-FB-OP. I didn’t loose any strength during FB. I can’t say that MS progression is my priority and I am not after any particular goals. I like it a lot for general health purpose. You can do running, rucking, and keep your accessories clusters with FB which is nice. Switching back to OP might be not that simple if you using force progression. But it should be OK if you adjusting your diet accordingly (which I failed to do).
Not sure if I answered your question..

I'm guessing it would be cellular, but maybe it is at a larger scale? What are the physical changes that result in the increased endurance?KayBee wrote:Do you mean at a cellular level ? or general ?Also, does anybody know what the actual changes are to the muscles due to the strength endurance work
