Mass template
While reading mass protocol I noticed that during the third week of mass template it goes from four workouts to three that week. While reading I didn’t see an explanation for this. Why drop the third session that week? Just curious thanks.

Is this from the new mass book or from one of the earlier TB strength books?

Looked it up and it's from the book Mass Protocol.
I'm guessing you drop a workout to help with recovery from the peak or amrap sets in week 3
