Why is the Fighter Template 75%/80%/90% for six weeks?

I run Fighter Template as its written. It works so no complains here.

Nevertheless I ask myself from a training point of view why the loads are 75%/80%/90% and then repeat and not 70%/80%/90%/75%/85%/95% like Zulu and Operator Template.

Nobody says you can't do it like a two day Operator approach. I have done it in the past. I think the 75/80/90 approach is better overall though from my personal opinion as Fighter tends to be run with a higher conditioning load so those 95% weeks especially can be rough.

Your're right I am so used to 75% and 80% that I can get by with a quiet heavy conditioning load at least for me(4 sessions). In the 90% week I cut one session. Thats the reason why I never changed something for Fighter Template. But good to hear that the Template is not written in stone ;)
