For those of you looking for a new HIC for work capacity/GPP, check out my Reddit thread on the new HIC that has been punishing me for several weeks now.

Freaking love this, I’ll knock it out this week. Both rounds of 28 need to be under 6 mins?

I'd say if you can get the first one in under 6 you're doing pretty good.

The way I understood via the write up, differs from
The video.

In the video it appears they’re doing multiple reps carrying the bag- where the write up discusses dropping the bag as soon as you pass the first line.

I only ask bc constantly picking up the bag can affect your time greatly.

Either way- this is a fantastic finisher for some cardio after a MS day that I will implement this week!

The video is edited so it doesn't show the same individuals running it. This has a great breakdown of the drill, which is made more miserable if you have something high to put the weight on as they demonstrate.
