Regarding the above anybody do them ?

I have done landmine exercises. Love them.

Landmine unilateral press is my favorite for shoulder health. Either half-kneeling or standing. I did that as part of my SE cluster for BB.

Landmine squat is a great way of hip/knee rehabbing and learning squat pattern. Squat/press combo is awesome HIC move.

Landmine unilateral rowing is not my favorite but good variation. T-bar landmine rows are better, imho.

Viking press is another cool move if you have a proper attachment.

And yes, landmine rotations/chops are gonna kill your core. Will leave you beg for mercy.
