Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all well.
Just a question in regards to teh Mass protocl in the first Book. It says to do 4 sets of the given exercises. Would there be any issues if I only did 3 sets per exercise? Being 49 years of age, I just can't seem to hit that fourth set and just get fatiqued.
Any other advice or recomendations for someone also about to hit the big 5.0 in the next few months would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Don't reduce the volume. If it is kicking your butt, use a training max to start.MR_Boutros wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2024 12:48 am Hi Everyone,
