Beat your face

Post by Barkadion »

I haven't done this one yet and it is on my list for the next block.

Just curious.. What is your experience with the drill?

Is there any "TB standards" for the ## of burpees in 3min for basic/intermediate/advance level?

Would you recommend doing it without timer measuring by numbers of burpees? For instance: 40/25/10?

Thanks!

I've done it. I think there are more fun GC's out there, such as GC2, but I've considered doing it again. It might be a good idea if you do Spartans and aren't good at the obstacles lol.

No standards.

I'd give the standard method a try and find out what your numbers are prior to changing it like that.

Thanks G2B! Would you do it without a timer watch by just a numbers?

I've done three rounds of the advanced version of a couple times. It was a real slice of nasty! I honestly don't know how many burpees I got in rounds two and three. I was sort of beyond counting at that point.

G2B is right -- There are certainly more enjoyable ways to spend your time! ;)
