Ageless Athlete - Available NOW!

Post by K.B. »

Pick up your copy of Professor Jim Madden's Ageless Athlete here:

https://www.amazon.com/Tactical-Barbell ... al+barbell

He has a 350lb bench press, 500lb squat, and a 600lb deadlift. He runs half marathons, triathlons, and trains regularly in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. All at the tender age of 43 (yes that's a 4). Professor Jim Madden exemplifies the Tactical Barbell philosophy; 'Being advanced in multiple domains is elite'

In his new book Ageless Athlete, he's going to show you exactly how you can do the same.

Thanks! There will be a Kindle version, but it might take a week or two!

J-Madd, being overseas without reliable post service, I can't pull the trigger on the paperback, but if and when it's available on kindle, I'll be buying it.

Just pre ordered on iTunes. Looking forward to the read!

I understand it's targeted at older athletes, I'm assuming the answer is yes before I ask, but the younger whipper snappers (including us in our early to mid 30's), will they find some good bits to plug in for their own training?

I'm not quite 40 yet myself *cough, cough* but I guarantee there will be a lot of great information for TBers with some mileage to utilize in their training.
