Recommended kettlebell sizes

Post by cws1992 »

So far I have a 40 lb kettlebell and looking to get some more for my conditioning. I'm able to 1 arm the 40 lb atleast 15 to 20 reps. Should I just go heavier from the 40 lb bell or should I also get some lighter ones? Looking to get 3 to 4 more bells of various weights

By "1 arm" do you mean one-arm swings?

What exactly are your goals with the KB. If you are doing one arm swings, maybe follow the simple and sinister program.. Once you can hit the goals in the time allotted, go up from there
