Thanks for all the input here. One of my biggest problems is I tend to overthink things and I can see I'm doing this now.
Here's what I've come up with now:
Weeks I can workout on a Sunday I do Operator on Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday
Weeks I can't workout on a Sunday I do Fighter on Monday/Thursday.

Life gets in the way of the perfect training plan sometimes, and stressing about that or talking yourself into feeling guilty just makes it worse. Do what you can, and, as they say, "don't sweat the small stuff."

A quick update.
Just got J-Madd's Ageless Athlete and its convinced me to take an Operator I/A approach. So, when possible, I'll do Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday. If not, Monday - Thursday. Maybe Saturday if its possible, and just try to keep 1-2 days between strength sessions.
