Shoulder and lumbar spine prehab. Cable external rotations and deadhangs for the shoulders. Bird dogs, psoas march, and various planks for the core/lumbar spine. Keeps me from being an absolute mess of injuries and bad posture.

I usually tack some specificity or prehab on the end of my general strength work. Hamstring curls (hamstrings are useful af), hammer curls (prevent tears when deadlifting), calf raises (problem area for me), landmine presses (specificity for boxing), band back extensions (weak point in DL), scapular pullups. I also do triceps extensions to assist my pressing movements.
