OP with variations

I come from more powerlifting focused programs or max strength only programs.
Most of those professional programs want you to do the 'competition squats, deadlifts and bench presses' AND they will make you do variations of it.

Example:
- once a week Competition BP, once close grip BP and once 3ct paused BP (all examples)
- once competition squat, once paused squats and once 3-0-3 squats
- once a week comp. DL, once Rackpulls or something similar.

-> my question:
Does anybody use such exercises during continuation phase? I am doing OP I/A atm and was thinking about:

T1: Squat, Bench, WPU
T2: Paused Squat, Close Grip Bench, WPU
T3: Squat, Bench, Deadlift

So I would use a variation once a week for SQ and BP - there has to be a TM for those lifts too - so it gets more complicated to get all those TMs. But that would be just for the start. If you use forced progression, you won't have trouble with it.

What do you think?
