Push-ups, Inverted rows, Bulgarian split squats, Seal walk.

Okay, gonna have to see what that Seal Walk is... sounds interesting. I am currently doing:

Push-Ups
Walking Lunges
Inverted Row
Hanging Leg Raise
Dips
Hip Bridge

Been rolling with 2 minutes between sets for now. When I restart base building I will try to reduce the rest interval.

I've done 1 leg hip thrust off the bench in the past instead of hip bridge.
Seal walk is real core killer and it gives you some shoulder stabilization work if done with good form:
