Mobility routines.

So I’ve decided to pay some serious attention to movement/mobility as mine sucks. I’m hoping to clean up my squat form mainly.

I’ve just finished the Romwod trial and I’m a convert, I will keep on doing this daily as it’s definitkey helping and I find it gets me Ready to sleep.

I’ve just come across original strength, does anyone have any experience of this? They have a website and I’m thinking of buying the book by Geoff neupert and Tim Anderson, seems to be a 10 minute daily drill of rolling around in the floor, crawling and standing up from the floor, sound pretty good so I’m thinking of buying the book and doing it first thing in the morning with Romwod before bed.

Does anyone recommend original strength resets or any other mobility routines?

I have only good things to say about the actual OS routines. They really do seem to work (for me) as advertised. Today, I basically use them as warmups.

The books however, frankly, are another matter. I bought pressing reset: original strength, then a couple of others that were basically rehashes and informercials (the performance ones). That’s only my opinion of course. My personal recommendation - buy a copy of pressing reset is good enough.

I also started with ROMWOD and do the daily mobility routine (about 20 minutes per day). This helps me to improve my general mobility. Keep on going!

Before the training I do more training and weakness specific mobility. I therefore use exercises from the famous Leopard book.

Btw:
Did anybody read the Original Strength Tactical Athlete book?
