Question about E work during BB

I just want to confirm that during BB it is recommended that I do mostly LSS for my E work.

There is an E session or two (fun runs) that seem like they aren't LSS but would fall under E work and thus be allowed during BB.

I would rather do mainly LSS work for now but this week on my day 6 I would like to do a 4.5 Mile ruck in a somewhat mountainous area (my route wouldn't have me rucking up hill too much, but enough where my heart rate would be well over LSS limits). Goal would be to hike to my area, fish for a few hours, and then ruck back. Total time there would be about a 1-1.5 hours and same time for my return trip. Other option would be to ditch the heavy ruck and go light so my heart rate isn't super jacked.

I understand that there is some leniency in BB (even more in continuation), but at the same time I don't want to venture off on my own path and start doing stuff that isn't TB at all.

Also, in my line of work I'm often doing these types of hikes for work (not training related) think about people making meth out in remote areas kind of work. Are there times when I can consider a work day an E day? I have no clue working hard and then hitting the gym or running again, but like I said before, I would really like to stick with the program and not venture off and do my own thing .

I appreciate all the good advice on this forum and hope the answer to these questions haven't been posted or directly mentioned in the book. I feel like I've read both books a lot and searched the forums quite a bit but couldn't find a solid answer.

Looks like I kind of found an answer to my question:

Posting it here so others will find it easily in the future (took me a lot of searching and reading through the books)
