My plan to run Zulu I/A has fallen apart. To achieve my desired goals I have come up with the following:
Green standard with fighter being my 2 x MS program of choice. Cluster will be squats, bench and pull ups.
4 x E will all come about via running.
I am also doing a 3 × per week push up program to get my push up numbers up.
I like to think this will increase my push up numbers and also see me improve my 1.5 mile.
I know the push up program + bench in the cluster may be frowned upon but I haven't seen anything to suggest not to do it that way.
