I’m currently running Pavels new AG program that uses power swings and power push ups. Looking to build a squat and pull up program around it. Was thinking Fighter using barbell squat and either chin up or pull up. My max pull ups strict to the bar is 6. Would i just use bodyweight and work % off that it would GGGroove be better
With the chin up I can add weight. Need to test but previously could use a 12kg kettlebell..

Is this his one about cheetahs or leopards? I am not familiar enough to make an informed comment but generally mixing programs is a bad idea.
If strength training fits into it, I would kept it simple and just do fighter with those basic exercises. Just do 3x5 for both and use a very conservative training max. If 6 is your max pull-ups start at 3. Add a rep a week until you hit 5 and for progress a rep the next time.
If he says do only this program, just do pavels stuff for however long it takes to reach your goals.
