Base Building

Hi,

About to start base building and I have a couple of questions.

1. Is it recommended to do alpha 3x a week and E 3x a week? Or just normal base building from TB2


2. When short on time, is it ok to do SE and E on the same day?

If you're asking whether you should follow the SE program in TB2 has written, the answer really depends on your current fitness level and goals. If you are recreational and you haven't done serious conditioning work before, feel free to use Alpha from TB1 in place of the SE numbers in BB from TB2. Or you can just cut all of the rep numbers by some set amount to make it more manageable.

If you are planning to go LE or military, though, you are probably better off following the BB template.
