Double endurance sessions?

Alright guys,
Does anyone have any experience or would be able to tell me if it would be beneficial to do two endurance sessions in one day? For example a 60min Run in the morning and 30 mins low impact (bike, rower etc) in the evening?
I have a good base of endurance (at the point where I could comfortably run or Ruck 90-120 mins but struggling to find enough time in on complete block during the day ) but looking to develop my aerobic system further.
