Apex Hills indoor Critics please / Tips

Hello
I was doing Indoor Apex hills today on Threadmill
Set it at 6% incline, speed 8, 30-40 sec Sprint, 10x Kettlebell swings 16kg.
40-50 sec rest then 4 more rounds. 5 rounds total.
What you guys think, should i have higher incline and longer springs, lower incline more speed?
Some tips would be awesome
