If you could do only one exercise to target the abdominals, what would it be?

Ab wheel rollouts. Progressing from kneeling to standing and then to one arm variation.

I agree with Bark on the ab wheel as #1. My second place is Plank and Shank from TB2.

One sided weighted carries. Very scalable with weight.
