Finished BB and took a week of just ding S and S and some km runs. Feel great. I want to move towards using the 48kg bell for S and S. Has anyone in incorporated into their TB routine

How has the S&S been going? I'm going on week 3 using it one day a week and think I'm going to bump it up to two days, just add it in with one of my BJJ days

I've been using it on and off as I'm taking SFG in October and my coach has dialled back the weight . I love S and S...great program

Once a week. Hit goals for both at 32kg. Working on the 40kg now for swings
