Attempted the almighty Duku-Duku challenge this weekend at my local slope....sweet Jesus it was tough! Managed 4 rounds with a 24kg bell. If you thought you were getting strange looks doing Apex...
Shouldered the bell on the uphill, and Farmer's walk/suitcase on the downhill switching arms.
Can't imagine doing it with teh Beast yet.
