I am just a couple of weeks into Maxrips unconventional base building and loving the kettlebell training . It got me thinking about HIC conditioning for when I move on . I would like the opinion of the hive mind on doing the following
Sledgehammer tire bashing
Bear hug sandbag squats
KB swings
Burpees
All for 45 secs work with 15 secs rest keeping at it till my forms goes or I blow chunks

. I enjoy this kind of stuff but would like to know where it would fit in and what I should do for my other session
