Finally.. Thank you, Brian Alsruhe, YouTube and the reddit!

I've been SSB person for a while and I am goddamn tired of hearing stupid comments and getting lousy feedback about my squatting regimen.

SSB is awesome training tool for a life. Get it and love it.

The SSB is definitely on my buy list. Great tool for longevity. Hatfield squats are very cool. Anyone that knocks it hasn't trained long enough or hard enough to accumulate some injuries.
