Hello comrades, :D
It is my first post. I recently discovered the Tactical Barbell training system. Last week, i bought volume I and II and i already finished it by this WE. I love it. I am not in a physically demanding work of line, but a love to physical toughness, real toughness, and i personally consider it the measure of manhood.

I started my Operator template (3 days, 3 exercises cluster: BP-SQUAT-CLEAN AND PRESS, once DL). For the rest of the weekdays, i will do a mix of HIC and SE. From time to time some LSS. wish me luck! 8-)
Now for the HIC and SE, i can use some KB, Sandbags, DB or BB but always respecting low weight with high repetition with limited (SE) or no rest time (HIC). Is my understanding correct?
I am thinking of using cords for SE and HIC. i bought these ones https://www.fitcord.com/xover-resistance-bands. very good quality btw, and i was wondering if any of you have a circuit cluster for these equipment. :?

Thank you in advance for your answers and your help.
Cheers :D
Paul

Welcome Paul MK!

The Fitcords look ideal for SE. I would mix it up, create a cluster containing 1-2 Fitcord exercises plus 1-2 bodyweight/kettlebell exercises and go from there.

Thanks DocOctagon!

I should aim for high reps right? Like above 20 right?

No prob! The SE progressions are in the books, use either alpha or bravo.

Super! I will use the alpha one as a starter.
Thanks!
