I am wrapping up my 12th week of Zulu/Black today, and I am curious as to when you gentlemen (and ladies if you are present) retest.
1) Do you retest after the week off, or do you take a few days off retest your lifts then take a week off?
2) Do you test your strength cluster all in one day, take a day or two off then test your E or HIC goals?

I have done 1 re-test only after finishing BB last June. I took a break for 3-4 days, I tested all my lifts at one single session, and I started new block 4 days later. I have been running with forced progression since last June. I am not planning to do another re-test unless I am switching to different exercises for a block or two.

I just ran a 9 week cycle of Fighter and did my retest on the last workout of the cycle. Took a day off and started the next cycle.
