Just wanted to share some progress

It's nice to take snapshots every now and then so you can look back and see how far you have come.
The first image is my heart rate during my first ever LSS run back in late September at the start of base building.
It was a 30 minute treadmill run at 6kph, 2%incline, aiming for an average heart rate of 140. I hadn't run for years and the spikes are me having to stop and walk to bring my heart rate down...
The second image is my heart rate during the same run yesterday (start of April) after base and a few blocks of Op / Black. No walking required. 6kph is a humble speed, but I'm so pleased with my progress!
Progress in other areas has been good too - my squat has gone up roughly 20kg, 10kg increase on my OHP, pull ups have doubled and I'm swinging the 32kg bell like it's a toy. Hill sprints still hurt but I guess that's not going to change any time soon
