I'm going to be running OP I/A and was wondering if alternating Weighted pullup and weighted chinups. For example, say I'm going for 6 sets for that day, can I do 3 sets of each?

I guess that you could, but for my money, I would stick to one or the other for an entire cycle. This gives you greater frequency in one movement throughout that cycle, and you could change the exercise in the next cycle if you wanted. You might also find that you would need a different training max for each version of the lift so I would just stick to one or the other. I personally like weighted chins more so I use them in my MS training, but if I ever include pull-ups in a fun run or in a HIC of some sort then it's pull-ups for me for variety at that point. This keeps me on point in MS work and gives me variety on occasion.

Although I suppose if you want to get crazy with the pull-up bar, you can create a cluster that includes both chins
and pull-ups...
