I was at end of Week 7 of the 8 week base building block...
I was struck down with a sickness bug and have not trained for 5 days.
Do I:
Start at week 8 and finish cycle.
Or
Go back to start of base building block?

Going all the way back seems excessive. I'd go from week 7 again to regain all that was lost from the five days.
