About halfway through an OP I/A block with this cluster. It's working out very good with my run/ruck heavy conditioning. Also keeping up wih my S&S goals every second or third E session. Anyways here it is:

Back squat
Weighted PU
Hang Clean
Deads(every third sesh in place of HC)

Only concern was not getting in a press movement, but with my shoulder joint impingement injury recently I gave up bench pressing to avoid injury. I've been only doing my get ups bottom up style for a few months now and my shoulders feel very stable

Can you do landmine pressing? I find it really helpful with my shoulder.

Haven't tried that before. I guess I could wedge my barbell into a corner of my garage and give it a shot. I can overhead press without any issues. I just feel like hang cleans are more useful

Why not go hang clean and jerk if you're concerned about a lack of pressing movements?

I might try that next block. Just feel it's a lot to do the prescribed number of reps/sets. I would do either/or usually. But like I said I do bottoms up get ups. That's done more for my shoulders than any barbell press movement
