TB training goals for 2018

Post by Barkadion »

What is your TB training goal for 2018, gents? I will start.

My goals are simple, though.

1. Keep training TB style with slow progression in multiple dimensions with priority in strength.
2. Keep Black continuation (OP I/A or Zulu I/A) for winter/fall and get to another BB in the spring/summer.
3. Getting closer to 1K club.
4. Improving my Fast 5 timing.
5. Staying injury free.

Happy holidays!

1. Lose 15-20kg of fat Bolded and underlined for extreme importance :D Aim to be done with that by May.
2. 180kg squat. 155kg at the moment.
3. 190kg deadlift. 165kg currently.
4. 100kg bench for reps. 87.5 1RM currently
5. Another cycle of BB after the winter.
6. Break 1000lbs total. Currently at 896lbs.
7. Keep improving my conditioning
8. Defend the title of "Best indoor rower in Department of Prisons". Last time I won with 3:06/1km, next year I'd like that time to be under three minutes.

I don't know how these will go especially if I start boxing and might be forced to figther. I kept those goals modest as well. More so would like to get over 200kg on both deadlift and squat, and around 110-120kg on bench.

How do you calculate the weight on the barbell ? Do need to only inculde the total weight of plates or also add up the weight of the barbell ?
