Friday: Mobility and recovery from intensive night at work Thursday - Friday.
Sunday: 10.5 km run, 1:02.
We were based at another regiment this week which fucked with our basic needs to get food and train. I did the best out of it, yet I'm a little sad that I only got in one session of running.
