Just wanted to share a few results that I have had using the TB program.
After an 8 week base building program based on Kettlebell SE sessions and LSS cardio. I started on the Fighter Bangkok template. I tested my
R1max for my selected cluster and got to work. At the end of my first 6 week block I decided to do another 3 weeks just to really "set" the progress.
Here are the results;
Initial R1 Max
WPU - 120 kg
SQ - 80 kg
BP - 75 kg
Row - 70 kg
DL - 110 kg
R1 Max @ 9 Weeks
WPU - 139 kg (+19kg)
SQ - 116 kg (+36 kg)
BP- 90kg (+15kg)
Row - 86kg (+16kg)
DL - 140kg (+30kg)
I'm very happy with the results and can't wait to get on with my next block.
