Finisher. 100 swings.
Have been doing swings for some time now as a finisher. I range my weight from 50ibs to 75ibs. Depends on the percentage that week. One thing I have realized is how humbling 100 swings can make you. For me just because I did 100 swings none stop one week doesn’t mean I can do them none stop next week. It all depends on how I ate that day or week and how I’ve been sleeping. Plus I’m 41 yrs old and not 20.....
