Wedsdays strength season was the same numbers as Monday’s.
Today did a 35 min jog.

50 min run.
Finished 95% week feeling pretty good. Deadlifts felt the heaviest and struggled with them yesterday. Time to take a week off and decide if I should force progress or not. Deff won’t be adding anything to the DL and decided to go back to WPU instead of WCU.

Tomorrow is the last day of my week off. Going with operator black forced progression of 5ibs not on deadlifts tho. Keeping deadlifts same weight. Plus swapping wcu to wpu. Main reason for the swap is I benifit more in my day to day workload with the pull ups. Another side not is last rotation I cut out the swings witch was a bad idea. Usually try and do swings as a finisher 2 to 3 times a week. The difference I have seen for myself was in my deadlifts. The swings for me made my deadlifts easier to do plus many other benifits I’ve seen in myself. One other note is I will be throwing in snatches either as a finisher or in my E work and hic work.
