Day 1:
SE - Alpha circuit
3 rounds - 20 reps (10 pullups)
~1 minute between exercises, 3 minutes between rounds.
Day 2:
LSS Cycling: 70 minutes
Day 3:
SE - Alpha circuit
3 rounds - 20 reps (10 pullups)
~1 minute between exercises, 3 minutes between rounds.
Day 4:
LSS Swimming: 90 minutes
Day 5:
SE - Alpha circuit
3 rounds - 20 reps (10 pullups)
~1 minute between exercises, 3 minutes between rounds.
Day 6:
Fast5
25 minutes
Day 7:
Rest.
Notes: Knee isn't really painful at all anymore; but still feels a bit unstable. SE is getting harder.

Block 2 (Black) - Week 1
Day 1:
Operator - 70%
Front Squat: 82,5 kg - 5 x 5
Bench: 45 kg - 5 x 5
Weighted Pullups: BW (95 kg) - 5 x 5
Deadlift: 125 kg - 1 x 5
Day 2:
Hill sprints
5 rounds
Day 3:
Operator - 70%
Front Squat: 82,5 kg - 5 x 5
Bench: 45 kg - 5 x 5
Weighted Pullups: BW (95 kg) - 5 x 5
Deadlift: 125 kg - 1 x 5
Day 4:
600m resets
5 rounds at 4min/km pace; gonna go faster later, just getting into the groove.
Day 5:
15km run with the troop, and ski marching.
Day 6:
Operator - 70%
Front Squat: 82,5 kg - 3 x 5
Bench: 45 kg - 5 x 5
Weighted Pullups: BW (95 kg) - 5 x 5
Deadlift: 125 kg - 1 x 5
Also some ski marching earlier in the day.
Day 7:
Rest and some rock climbing.
Notes: Maxes are 105kg bench, 120kg front squat, 180kg deadlift and BW (95kg) + 35 kg weighted pullup. Since I can't control my days I'll adjust how many sets I do depending on fatigue. The template I'm trying to follow is 3 days of MS and 3 days of HIC.
