So after a new baby (number 3) and then a solid month of 13 hours a day 6 days a week at work I finally got back to training yesterday after 6 weeks of inactivity ( apart from work which is physical and walking the dog)
Picking up where I left off with Op/black but with conservative numbers, I will do 2 x Lss for next 2 weeks and then the introduce the HIC, today will be a 30 min run or I’ll take the mountain bike out for an hour.
I used my lifting shoes for the first time yesterday and wow what a difference, squatting felt so much better in them, For £80 I don’t know why it’s took me so long to buy some.
