20 minute LSS or Triple

5 minutes step up, 10 minutes heavy bag strikes and 5 minutes on bike. That felt good.

20 min LSS run on an indoor track. Had to stop and walk a few times but I'm slowly improving.

Good man, that's what it's all about...... A phrase I have picked up over the years and share with my clients is 'Relentlessly moving forward'..... even if it's baby steps, you are still improving.
Have a great one

Thanks man. I try to be consistent with the areas I do my E sessions in but try to mix it up like we have talked about.

So I screwed up yesterday. Thursday was suppose to be recovery and today was suppose to be a run instead. Oh well, not a big deal.

Week 2 starts Sunday
