1: SSB: 3x5
2: Dips: 1x5. sharp pain in my left shoulder on the 5th rep. Now everything hurts. I’m about to explode, my body won’t cooperate on anything.
3: Glute ham raise: 3x10
4: Pullups - couldn’t do them because of the shoulder pain from dips.

I cave. I’m hitting the reset-button. Bought Ageless Athlete, started Basebuilding and some shoulder rehab yesterday….

08/03-22 - SE, Tango
1a: Goblets, 16 kg
1b: DB-press, slight incline, 14 kg
1c: Swings, 20 kg
1d: DB rows, lying on bench, 14 kg
2: Diagonal/X side raise, cable: 3x20, lightest weight possible, hurt like hell (but according to the PT, it is supposed to…)
