Day 62:

**Tactical Barbell Base Building W3D1**

Empty bar (45lbs) for all, except sit-ups and rows (bodyweight only).
2 circuits of:

* OHP x40
* Squat x40
* Inverted row x40

Last 10 reps in each set were a real struggle. Got 2 circuits in, but interrupted by a phone call and couldn't do the third.

**Tactical Barbell Base Building W3D1**

Empty bar or bodyweight.

First circuit:
* OHP x40
* BB Squat x40
* Inverted row x40

Second and third circuit:
* OHP x40
* Air Squat x40
* Bent-over row x40

First circuit went OK, but my strength faded. Then, it was a struggle with a lot of sweating and stopping to catch my breath. Just did what I could to get through the workout. I can already feels the DOMS setting in 😬.

Endurance. 2.83 miles of walking in 50:00. Average heartrate: 127 bpm. Went fine overall.

Day 67:

Finally got back to the gym, but not much time.

15 minutes walking, 0.85 miles.

Going to try for something more substantial tomorrow.

Day 68:

Walking. 1.14 miles in 20:22. Put a bit of an incline on the treadmill and was just getting into the groove when I was interrupted. Still, better than nothing.

A combination of family stuff and work stuff.

Endurance. 3.16 miles of walking in 55:00. Average heartrate: 125 bpm. Felt good to finally get a complete endurance workout in.
