- Lower back is TIGHT now. Hammering the quads with the ball before working out might have been the major factor; my squats might have been overly quad-dominant and when they were pre-exhausted with the rolling, then - maybe - my lower back tried to tack up the slack.
- I'm toying with the idea of a bro split starting next week. I like the whole-body routine but I've been doing this 'split' for a few years at least, so it might be time to switch it up, just for the sake of a change.
