Background
M, 22, LEO
187 cm (6'2"), ~90.0 kg (200 lbs)
Been doing TB for roughly 2 years, with some breaks

Goals
Getting into tactical police unit (applying for selection possible in 2 years)
Keeping everything consistent

Current macrocylce
8 weeks of BB followed by 4 blocks of OP I/A + Black, then repeat (done for roughly two cycles in a year)
Using 90% TM for barbell lifts, 100% TM for weighted pull-ups.
Right now I'm starting with 2nd block as I've done basebuilding before annual PFT

I will post updates every week.

lss run: x 60 min (6.92 km)


Notes
This week I was going as light as possible as I had almost two weeks off after annual PFT. Will gradually increase the volume.
