Hi everyone,
I'm a hobbyist and compete in strongman comps a few times a year for fun. I'm looking to turn into much more of an all-around athlete and substantially reduce my body fat. Current bodyweight is around 275 lbs, looking to be 210-220, but primary thing is to do it gradually and sustainably (I've lost ~70 lbs over the last four years).
I just came across TB a few weeks ago and devoured both TB I and II multiple times. I have been running Base Building for the last couple of weeks and have been enjoying it more than I thought, but I can't wait to lift a heavy bar again. Planning on running Fighter for the least three weeks before testing maxes and beginning a 12-week Operator+Black block. Will see how that goes, but I'm thinking I'm really going to like it.
Today will be a 3x15 SE circuit of:
-Push-ups
-Inverted rows
-KB Goblet Squats
-KB Swings
-Lying leg raises
