Operator day. Today I only slept 4-5hours, cause of music at full volume on the streets and so .
3x5 BPU(wasn't able to do 5x5)
3x5 FS 30kg
3x5 OHP 35kg
I felt a lot stiffier on the squat too, I think i've overstretched , but overall happy, I find myself stronger on the upperbody, and the knee pain is not killing me so it's good.

Operator day:
4x5 Pull ups (Maybe I should've sticked to 3x ) was really tired, but I did them 100% correct posture.
3x5 35kg FS
3x5 40kg OHP(Really challenging today)
Notes
I think I improved somewhat my squat form, so I'm pretty happy with that .
I feel optimist about the training atm.

Today I almost died, was with fever and sick, but didn't wanted to rest .
did only 400-300-200-100-100-200.
Wasn't unable to do the last 300/400.
I'm about to rest till monday, then restart from week 2, or maybe struggle and finish these 2 days, but I'm with fever and shakings . Maybe I should just rest, will see in a few hours what I'll do.
