25 minute run. Weather turned to crap on me.
I think i'm doing myself a disservice by not getting all the necessary HIC and E in. I really hate running but Its something I have to do for my career. I'm thinking of phasing in different types of E and then just occasionally doing a longer LSS run every now and then. I'm going to keep fast 5 as a weekly mandatory though.
On a side note...Operator is badass. I can feel myself getting stronger every week. I'm committed to this.

Neglected cardio again. Can someone come punch me in the stomach so I stop doing this dumb stuff.
Anyone that struggles with getting motivated to do conditioning have recommendations?

Re: Block20s Log
Haven't posted an update in a while so this will be a two week recap.
Last week was pretty rough for me. Went through a breakup on Wednesday and also got really sick that same night. Ended up losing 6 pound from how much I was throwing up and just lost all my energy. I had to recuperate for the rest of the week and managed to feel better by Sunday. Sunday I did a 10 mile ruck march carrying 35 pounds so I'm going to count that as an E session for the week.
Jumped back into the program on Monday

BP: 185 3x3
SQ: 225 3x3
WPU: +30 3x3
DL(just friday): 230 3x3
Did some unit PT on Tuesday and went hiking F/Sa in Santa Fe that pushed some endurance limits on me.
Going to re test since I feel much stronger and then will reevaluate my program for next block.

Re: Block20s Log
Okay so test day was last sunday. Unfortunately I ran into a lot of things last week that made it tough to work out so I took an unintentioal rest week. But its back at it today. Not going to type up a report on test day so I will just let the numbers in my main post do all the talking.
