Summary of the week from me and Suunto:
Me: i feel the week has been brutal in the first 4 sessions. My legs was dead after sessions with Strength endurance.

Diet wise its been good and shit. 3 days perfect, 2 days cheat day / meal. 2 last days was 70% good. So i got something to work on. Weight Will come tomorrow morning.

Suunto:
4950 calories burned just from exersise
Steps moved: 9500 average per day
Sessions: 5
Distanse total from running: 9km, that aint 100%. Cause some was elliptcal and that didnt count it correctly.
But from just outside walk/run: 7.94km
