Notes:
-Had 2 day rest in order to prevent injuries from the quick increase in mileage and the long distance run on the 19th.
-Only stopped 2 times to get heart rate down, a big change from last time.
-Now using the polar heart rate monitor.
-Heart rate crept up close to 160 some times.
-Got to sort my diet out. Need more protein and less sugar.

ENDURANCE SESSION (120-150BPM) - 3.713 Miles - 1:00:00 (1Hr)
Starting Block 1 on the 24th of September - Moving into Uni tomorrow, so can't do it then.

Been at uni for nearly 2 weeks now, only just had enough time to get my wifi set up. I've done 2 runs while being here, but now i should be more consistent now that "Freshers week" is all but over.
I joined the UOTC & have been up to brecon beacons already to see the place.
Will start Block 1 ASAP, going to get a gym membership sorted within the next 2 days.
Excited to get onto Block 1 and start the grind.

Was going to do another 2 Hr but i feel an injury coming on from doing phys in bad trainers & military boots of the wrong size (buying better trainers and getting boots re-issued)
MONDAY 7TH NOVEMBER
ENDURANCE SESSION (120-150BPM) - 4.69 - 1:12:59 - Walked up & Down Hills for 50 mins (Still within aerobic BPM) so less mileage but a lot of elevation gain.
