Wrapped up the day with two blitz Pull-up sessions. One lasted 5 minutes and consisted of 5/5 Close Neutral Grip Pull-ups OTM. Second, lasted 10 minutes and consisted of 5/10 the same variations of Pull-ups OTM.

And so, when it comes to Pull-ups, the first set of 5 reps I did at 1255. Than, from 1300 I did 5 reps every 5 minutes until I hit 95 in total. Then I performed 1/2 One-Arm Assisted Pull-ups per arm, and the last very slow Chin-up reps. Oh, and I switched to Chin-ups when I hit 80 Pull-ups.
Thus, today's number of reps are 100. Objective secure.
It is, by the way, day 49 in a row of my Pull-up Journey. I decided to focus more on One-Arm Pull-up (OAP), and One-Arm Chin-up (OAC) from day 51, and try to do one rep of each on day 100.
