Status: Felt ok, increased speed little bit on cardio, and went well to around 30 min, then had to slow down so couldn't keep my pace up. But Bpm was still high.
Sorry for big images, not sure how to get them smaller.

18.11.2016 Friday
4th week of base building
Its the last workout in week 4, 50 reps in my kettle bell cluster. Tried pre workout thingy today, went ok. It was okay.
Cardio
Did 60 min Cardio, 140 bmp average.
Was ok, but I'm glad 4th week is over, some days rest before week 5.
General:
I weighed my self 1.11.2016 i weighed 130 kg on the morning and around 132 at evening. and also measured, i can't wait til 1.12.2016 to check to see if its some kgs down and measurements is better. I will keep my hopes low but i still hope its some cm here and couple of kgs.
Looking forward to get back to Operator & Black protocol including 50 kettle bell swings each arm. Most likely at a low weight in the start, but will be fun still. Thank for all the guys following me, and also motivating reading your guys trainings logs

Hei Jon-Kenneth, nice to see another Norwegian on the TB boards. If you're in the Oslo area it would be really cool to team up with a TB training buddy. I can see from your stats that our lifts are pretty much the same. Shoot me a pm if you'd like!
